If you observe the thermostat at this time, you can see from the top of the thermostat display that the actual temperature has not reached the set temperature.

For such problems, first check whether the thermocouple switch of the pipe fitting hot-melt welding machine is turned on. If not, turn on the thermocouple switch first. The next thing to do is to wait patiently for the actual temperature to reach the set temperature before fusing.

If it is found that the hot-melt head and the hot-melt column of the pipe fitting hot-melt welding machine are not in a linear relationship, after the hot-melting is completed, pick up the structural components and you can see that the hot-melt column is only partially hot-melted. It seems that the hot melt column is suspected of being forced to bend. Unlike the low temperature, the structural components are very strong.

In the event of a similar phenomenon, it is necessary to re-place a correctly assembled structural component. If it is normal after hot-melting, it means that the previous placement is not in place. If it is still the same, it will need to be commissioned or repositioned.

After pressing the start button of the pipe fitting hot-melt welding machine, it is found that the structural components are dislocated, skewed, etc., and the emergency stop button is pressed, the structural components are restored to the normal state due to the impact of the fixture base and the limit column. When the emergency stop button is pulled up, the hot-melt machine continues to hot-melt.

Observed after the end of the hot melt, it can be seen that the stigma of the hot melt column is small. The reason is that the pressing and hot-melting time is divided into two parts: emergency stop and pressing and hot-melting, which shows that the hot-melting time is insufficient. In order to solve this problem, it needs to be placed in the hot-melt fixture and hot-melt again.
