1. Introduction of  Electrofusion welding machine

Electrofusion welding machine is a machine which electrifies the electric melting belt and makes the electric hot wire embedded in the electric melting belt heat. The heat energy melts the surface of the pipe and pipe fittings, and then weld the plastic pipe together after cooling and curing.

2. Operation process

Connect the power supply, plug in the plug, the mains power is 220 V, 50 Hz; (pay attention to the power line should not be too long, generally not more than 20 meters); eliminate the oxide layer at the end of the pipe; then enter the set electric welding machine mode, turn on the machine, change the key to enter the modification mode, use the right shift key, up / down key to modify the current welding voltage (constant voltage mode), current (constant current mode), welding time and cold current After modification, press “confirm” to save the current parameters, press “return” to abandon the current parameters, and press “confirm” again to enter the welding interface. If you don’t need to modify the current parameters, directly press the “confirm” key to enter the welding interface.

3. Precautions

In the electrofusion connection mode, the oxide scale in the welding area must be removed; at least the oxide scale in the welding area must be removed in the electrofusion saddle type pipe fitting.

Both ends of the pipe should be cut into a plane perpendicular to the axis with an error of less than 5mm, and the pipe and pipe fittings should be inserted in place.

Check before welding to ensure that the input welding voltage and welding time are correct.

After the electric fusion welding is completed, check whether the observation hole of the electric fusion pipe fittings is jacked up and whether there is no molten flow out of the pipe fittings.

In the cooling stage, it is forbidden to remove the fixed fixture before the cooling time; forced cooling methods such as air cooling and water cooling are strictly prohibited.

If the generator is used for power supply, start the generator first and make it run stably before starting the electric fusion welding machine.
