1) Quality control measures before welding.

At the same time, it is necessary to formulate a perfect quality management planning scheme and build a high-quality enterprise according to its actual development needs

First, the temperature of the welding machine needs to be controlled at about 210 ℃ to facilitate welding. In addition, in windy or rainy and snowy weather, it is not conducive to welding work and avoid excessive temperature

Fifth, during welding, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the heating plate is always clean.

3) Quality control measures after welding.

After completing the welding work, the construction enterprise needs to conduct all inspection on the appearance of the welding parts, and use the cutting inspection method (the notch sampling inspection is up to 5%) to find the problems existing in the welding work in time. At the same time, technicians need to carry out pressure test and combine random inspection with comprehensive inspection, such as tensile capacity.

In the measurement and random inspection, once quality problems are found, a comprehensive inspection shall be used to determine whether there are problems at all welding parts.
