Description
SHD250 welding machine is suitable for welding PE PP PPR plastic pipe in all size. It is widely used to Agricultural, chemical, oil and gas pipelines, water supply pipes, drainage pipes etc. Because of the advantages of small and portable operation, it is favored by countries such as the countries of India, the United States, In the Middle East, Africa, and southeast Asia.
Features
- Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts.
- Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system;
- Electrical planing tool.
- Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
- Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily.
- Hydraulic pump with controls, and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases.
- High accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings.
- Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases.
