Description
SHD500 Hydraulic type HDPE butt fusion welding machine consists a hydraulic unit, which can provide a sustained and stable hydraulic strength & pressure during the surface planing, melting, which can assure a perfect welding result, by avoid the failure of welding caused by unstable pressure during the welding process.
Features
1. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system;
2. Electrical planing tool.
3. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
4. Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily.
5. Hydraulic pump with controls, and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases.
6. Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases.
